Monday Morning Brief and Sunday Update

Good morning from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin. Right now the temperature is a cool 45 F. It's expected to get to 68 F today. Not too bad. Yesterday was a good day. Church was excellent as usual. Then it was home for some walking, but my leg joint bothered me, so I didn't get as much walking outside as I hoped. I did get all my steps though with the foot cycle. It was also movie day. I finished watching Star Wars: Phantom Menace. I started falling asleep on Saturday so left it with an hour to go. Then I watched two of the three God's Not Dead movies. Excellent movies. I have one more to watch. I set up a new sleep management program on my fitness tracker to get eight hours of sleep. I got seven last night. Plans for today aren't much. I have a hair appointment this afternoon. My son's girlfriend is picking me up. I also need to go back to Hy-Vee for tuna. I need it for the Mother's Day potluck on Wednesday. I'm making tuna mac and cheese for it. I thought about doing laundry this morning, but it would be half a load, so I'll wait. Other than that, I'll get my steps, work on a book, and finish the Australia post and get it posted. That's how my day looks. How's your day going? Thanks for reading. Time to get dressed and eat.
