May 7th Update and What I Ate Yesterday

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I know I haven't shared my food/health in a while. I haven't really been on track so I felt it was useless to share. However some share their daily food even if not on a diet...so why not share that? First I will share an update. Eli is almost done with school - 10 days left after today! Although he may not pass 4th grade if he doesn't get done with his missing work and he has a big pile. He fights doing it though - it's like pulling teeth to get him to do it. As for me? I have not been really doing my "diet" lately. I am trying to not go overboard with carbs, but I am addicted to them. I am trying to get more protein in because that is going to be very important in the near future. I also have been taking my prenatal vitamins so I am already taking them when I need to. I get my implant out in less than a week now - it will hurt but will be worth it if I can have another baby. Now - what did I eat yesterday? Meal 1 - Spaghettios and meatballs. I still like them, lol Meal 2 - 5 chicken nuggets, a few pieces of BBQ chicken bites, small handful of fries Snack - 2 mini donuts Late night snack - 2 more mini donuts Image is mine - another art piece I made in imagining what my baby girl could look like (if we are lucky enough to have a girl).

I really do hope you can have a second kid. And, that's kids for you. Though I didn't start hating homework until middle school.

@MommyOfEli2013 I know, and you've tried all forms of disipline, and still isn't working.

@kaylachan we have tried everything. Spankings, time out, taking away his technology, etc etc...

Well if the next child is a boy, we may try again for a girl. If it is a girl, then we may not...although I am not against more than 1 more kid. Just hopefully not twins lol, 2 at the same time would be a lot! I understand not liking homework/wanting to do it...but with my son it is way worse than just that.

I didn't know you could take prenatal vitamins before you were pregnant. I love the design.

You can take them anytime honestly, but they are especially needed during. I just thought I would get a jump start on taking them, I got a 3 month supply of them I think. Glad you like the design

@just4him It will help the baby as they are growing, but not sure it helps me before that happens.

Awesome and classic work of Art ! Such a cute looking girl ! I think we need to eat a balanced diet in proportions that suit us. An extra carb here or there should not matter much !

Thank you. Not sure about balanced, doesn't work for everyone. I shouldn't have carbs because it is like a poison to me. But I can't get away from them because they taste too good.

@MommyOfEli2013 Many a times our dietary needs and taste buds are at conflict.

I hope that the implant works for you. What’s it called ? Hopefully Eli gets all of his schoolwork done.

@MommyOfEli2013 I understand the implant now. I remember when they became popular. It went in your arm ? I wish him luck in finishing.

The implant was birth control, it has worked for 10 years lol. But it expires this weekend and we've been ready to have more kids so getting removed and not having a new one put in. I hope he can but the pile is big and he only has 2 weeks to do it

I'm surprised that the threat of not passing his grade doesn't make Eli want to do his work. That's a lovely piece of artwork. I hope you have a girl. Have a good day.

Not even losing technology makes him want to do his work. Glad you like the design. And thank you, I hope so too...will be hard to wait to find out the gender once it happens (if I can anyways)

How come Eli does not like homework?

This is not even homework. This is school work that he did not turn in during class.
