Last night's dream. (18/5/2024)

In last night's dream I dreamt I had a MASSIVE bedroom, and it had a kind of extra bit, like a smaller kind of boxy bit where the door was. I'll draw you a diagram (above, sorry it's not very good!) Anyway, I was moving some of my furniture round, and I decided that the square bit by the door was a bit of wasted space. So I decided to put some of my smaller bits of furniture in there. I put a small tower of draws by the door to the left, and something else by the door to the right, but I don't know what that was. Then I put a chest of draws against the left wall, and something else against the right wall. Then I started to rearrange the furniture in the middle of the room. Then there was someone with me, and he said why don't you put the bed in the centre of the wall, rather than having it up the corner? So we did that, and it was a double bed. But there was another bedroom where there was a single bed up the corner of the room, but the wall where the long part of the bed was against had a window in it, and the headboard was against a wall with no windows. Then we were going to a celebration because someone was leaving, so it was their leaving do. There were chairs along a couple of the walls and people started milling around in the middle. I was looking at Ncuti Gatwa, who happened to be my boyfriend in the dream (! That's not gonna happen, I think he's gay! ). Anyway he was talking to this girl, and I was getting jealous! He spotted me, and beckoned me over, and he said, You don't have to worry you know, you're my girlfriend! Then we went and sat down and I put my head on his shoulder. He went off to talk to someone else and I watched him, then when he came back he had what looked like one of those tiny perfume bottles, the straight ones with no shape to them that are probably samples. It had water in it. Anyway, he asked me to hold it for him for a bit. Then he went off to talk to someone else. I accidentally spilt some of the water out of the bottle onto my trousers. When he came back Ncuti took it back and started pouring it onto his trousers to keep him cool because it was very hot! He asked me if I wanted some, and I said, No, thank you. Ncuti went off to talk to someone else again, but my jealousy had gone because I knew he was mine, and I just remember thinking, He's a keeper! He's gorgeous! I don't even fancy Ncuti Gatwa in real life! I think maybe part of this dream was caused by my watching the latest episode of Doctor Who on iPlayer at midnight again!
