I was shocked when Jay said, "I'm going for a bike ride!" Goodness, it was 23degrees Fahrenheit this morning! I scraped ice off my Jeep windows:(
Well, I guess spring fever isn't contagious. I'm staying indoors with the heat blasting out! lol I don't consider this nice weather.
Yes, my husband did bundle up in a warm coat. That would never be enough to get me motivated! Once the temperature reaches 70 degrees Fahrenheit then, I'll go for a bike ride:)

@wolfgirl569 Even this morning, it was a bit warmer. Our temp is wagging up and down, as everyone else is experiencing.

Yes, Jay is crazy about intense exercising, I'm not. I like to walk, but not jog or run.

@kobesbuddy As long as he has the stamina to do so, that is great, I have never had that, I've always been a walker, never a jogger, runner, or heavy exerciser.

@Juliaacv Jay was riding bike, 60 miles a day! Good grief, I couldn't do that in a month!

I used to walk year around, even during the bitter cold weather. I dressed in very warm clothes!

@kobesbuddy I can walk if it's cold, but not if the wind blows.

@kobesbuddy I didn't learn to ride as a child so I've never been really safe on a bike. I can give you some proof!

I'm pretty stable on a bike, but as I get older, this will probably change.

Jay had a hat, winter coat and gloves on, so he kept fairly warm:)

23 degrees? I have 55 here and it seems a bit chilly. Jay must be one of those who doesn't need warmth like we do.

Well, riding the bike was a good way to keep warm. Guess he felt he needed to release some energy, We did not have bikes to ride but I remember back in Latvia even in cold weather and with snow we would feel cooped up and bundle up and go for walks in the forest,

Riding a bicycle is fun, but not when the weather is too hot or too cold.

Once the weather warms up, I will go for a bike ride. But, not during extremely hot or cold weather.
