3 April - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from sunny, warm Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's currently 72 F and going down to 60 overnight. Rain tomorrow. Spotty. It's been a good day. I'm thankful for the six good hours of sleep I got last night. I had more deep sleep than I realized. I'm thankful for the grocery shopping I did today. My son's girlfriend picked me up, and I went to Hy-Vee. My favorite store. I'm proud of myself. I only forgot one thing - Tuna. I'll get it on Monday. We have a Mother's Day potluck here and I put down that I'd make tuna mac and cheese. I need tuna for it. I have one pouch left. I'm thankful for the exercise I got in the store and after I got home. I have most of my steps. I'll be on the foot cycle soon. I'm thankful I have the notifications caught up from yesterday and today. It's always good to visit with you. You're a huge part of my day. I'm thankful the scale was good this week. I should keep seeing progress as I'm doing my best to keep all the numbers under control. Okay, that's my day. What are you thankful for today?
