The one reason I do not purchase huge prize scratch off lottery tickets is because I know the rule never to spend money that I cannot afford to lose.
In the case of Maiden North Carolina resident Sean McIntosh who admitted that he spent his money at a Jones Exxon service station in Stanley North Carolina on Wednesday May 1st.
Sean purchased a $50 dollar scratch off ticket which won him $10 million dollar prize.
When Sean discovered he won a prize $10 million dollar prize, Sean decided to accept a lump sum of $6 million dollars which will come out to over $4 million dollars which he will use to take care of his children and invest his money.
I can only hope to win a huge prize playing games on Publishers Clearing House since it does not cost me any money/

Sean is lucky since the most I would spend on a scratch off ticket is 1 dollar.

I would do the same thing if I won a huge lottery prize myself.
