It's that time of week. Nascar race day. I'll get my bath during the race as usual. Nascar race day, the pre-race show starts in about an hour. Once again, George and I got up and got everything done in about an hour. This included his meds, my meds, and his tube feed. My Apple watch says I slept five hours, but I'm a little tired.

Sounds like a normal day. I'm read that about 7.5 hours is the norm for most people.

@kaylachan .......With my depression, I tend to sleep more. Probably 9-10 hours many nights.

@celticeagle You're also older, correct? in your 60-70's right? It's common for people who are over 50, to start sleeping more. Especially if they are inactive. While depression does contriube, I know that it's not necerally a cause for extra exhaustion. I've lived with it since my mom passed. And, I know others who have it, and they don't really neseerally sleep more because of it.

Well you also have the choice not to watch it. I have to put the t.v. on for George. He's not very tech savey, and was just learning the youtube app before the stroke.
