Tomorrow is Monday;the day I'll be following my new routine.Actually I'll start following the new routine from tonight. Tonight I'll go to bed earlier than I had been till last night.I used to read books before sleeping.I'll do the same tonight;but I don't know how long it will take me to fall asleep. Tonight I'll have to use alarm to get up at 4 a.m I know it is not going to be easy for me to follow my new routine;but in a matter of one week or so I'll get accustomed to it. I'll soon be following my new routine without any problem..From tomorrow;Monday;I'll begin going on my morning walk to the jungle.

Changes in routine can be quite tough initially. However, if you are persistent enough, things would surely fall in place. Best of wishes for your new routine!

It takes a few weeks before you "get the habit" to a new routine, but little by little you will need no alarm to wake up.

@Shivram59 I also avoid to use an alarm to wake up. Usually from 7 to 10 days are enough to get into a new habit.

A change in routine isn't easy. I always start a new routine and after a few days, I give up. Maybe I want to do too much.

It will be hard at first to get used to a new routine. After awhile it will be your normal routine.
