Listening to Steve Furtick

During the week, I listen to preaching messages by Pastor Steve Furtick. He's in his early 40s, but a very vibrant preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
One time he ministered on Joyce Meyer's Ministry and she was very impressed:) Not very many men at this age, are so steeped in God's truth. Steve doesn't just talk about what needs to be done, instead he lives it himself!
All of his preaching is straight out of the Bible, from hours of study that Steve has put in. And the Holy Spirit speaks through this man's teachings, in a powerful way.
This morning I listened to a couple of his sermons. They have encouraged me to keep my head up high and to trust God to lead my life. It's a wonderful feeling, to no longer be afraid of what lies ahead!

I used to live fearful of certain things. Mostly, being abandoned or abused physically.

If Joyce is the one I think she is I used to listen to her several years ago. She has been doing it for many years hasn't she? Yes, it is her. She is a very good speaker. I don't believe in these teachings but I do respect some of the ones who speak on the subject. I don't have to believe to listen.

I trust God for everything in my life. Without my strong faith in the Lord, I'd be a basket case!

When Steve Furtick preaches, it always lifts my spirit. He's not only a wonderful preacher, but an excellent teacher, also.
