What's for dinner? May 17

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! Tonight I'm making stuffed red bell peppers with a bit of a twist. Instead of using plain cooked jasmine rice I am going to make risotto using some leftover white wine and homemade vegetable stock. I will combine that with some cooked ground turkey and sauteed vegetables. We shall see how it turns out. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

My dad made some stuffed bell peppers wrapped in bacon, and brought some over. I don’t know the concoction he put in them, but it’s tasty. I’ll be having those.

We might go with a frozen cheese pizza cause its Friday night. If we do I will chop green bell pepper, mushrooms, olives and artichokes hearts on it to jazz it up.

Pizza is really good on a Friday night. Pair it up with a movie marathon with your love ones, and that becomes a perfect Friday night chillout dinner for me.

I love meatballs! I love it even more when I wrap them with rice and dried seaweed. Making it look like a riceball.

Dinner sounds yummy! It's a Saturday afternoon in our country, but I do plan to eat rice, dried fish and egg for dinner. Just the usual simple Filipino dish at home.
