My iphone 14 Pro Max is having problems. About 3 days ago the small camera will not turn when I am Facetiming or video chatting. Under the person's name on the video chat it it says encrypted to the end,
Does anyone know what I can do to fix it? Can someone please help me?

@dfollin ......I'm sorry to hear you have this issue. I once got a phone from Verizon. I won't go into to the entire story but they are a really bad company. I will never use them again. I have been very happy with my Tracfone Samsung.

So your front facing camera won't work on video calls? Have you checked your camera settings? Can you turn the selfi camera on when you use the photo's app, is Face ID working?
