Just because your country has PayPal does not mean myLot can pay you.

Of course, if your country does not have it, myLot cannot pay you since PayPal is our only payment option.
But not all countries are allowed to receive money through PayPal.
Many countries have 'Send Only' as the only option available. That means you cannot receive money with that account.
Unless your country has a 'receive' option you cannot be paid by us. Of course, you can still participate, and you can still earn, so if your country ever gets a 'receive' option, your funds can be transferred to you.
This link shows each country and what the options for that country are.
These are PayPal rules - myLot has no control over them.

I wonder what the difference is between "Send, receive, and withdraw" and "Fully localized"?

Withdraw probably means transfer PayPal funds to your bank.

@BarBaraPrz I’m not even sure what that means. But based on the last thing in the discussion pic it’s local currency that you can send, receive, and withdraw. Does that mean though the local currency of where the PayPal user is from?

Thank you for the clarification. PayPal is my preferred method of payment. Glad that it works in my country to receive and withdraw. I can't send it though.

I always think it is a shame that sites like myLot do not offer other payment options , like gift cards or vouchers. Even in this day and age not everybody has a PayPal account and maybe a lot of people would be interested in joining myLot if they could get paid another way.

myLot used to pay in a few different ways. It is easiest to simply use PayPal for payments on this site. Added payment processors means added fees (and higher than PayPal) which means either everyone would get paid even less than now, or some users would receive a payment minus the associated fees (if myLot chose not to pay those fees).
