I will make some tuna fritters for lunch.

Thanks to the nuts, we survived the chef´s slow making of pasta. It took a lot of time to put the pasta making machine on the counter.

@LadyDuck If Humberto hadn´t brought the chestnuts I would have ended drunk and so would Carla. I asked first Ariel (Carla´s older 25 years old son) to get us something to eat and he brought a FROZEN piece of bread. I love that boy but could not but tell him that how could he have thought of bringing that. Dixie´s friedge is always full of cheeses, hams and other yummy things.

@marguicha Oh my goodness! Men are always slow doing things.

I squezed the luna a lot (more tuna water for Luna) and added a whole egg and enough bread crumbs to stick together, including adding more breadcrumbs after the fritters were made.

@JudyEv They were very good. I was afraid that it wouldn´t have enough tuna taste but it did.

@marguicha I'll remember that when I try to make fritters next time.
