Another sub-sea cable cut disrupt internet in africa

For the second time this year, there is a cable cut in the sea that has caused a drop in internet speed and operations in Africa. The sad truth is that nobody gives the detailed reason why these sub-sea cable damages are happening. Hopefully this will be restored soon.
