Are There Professional Survey Takers?

United States

I see more and more advertisement about taking surveys, and just got to wondering why so many new ads. Then I begin to wonder are there people that do this only and actually reap benefits. I know a lot of people who don't work, some have babies, and other disabilities that keeps them from working a job. I take surveys, but there are some here who really seem to benefit, so again my question is perhaps not profession, but what fuels your passion, something I seem to lack.Mylot is the best place for an answer. I plan to talk to some soon about trying it. I know it's not for everyone, but it might can help them that I know who don't have any other choice. I'm finding out there are a lot of people would jump at the chance if they knew.

I take surveys and participate in Focus Groups to make extra money to go out to eat. I used to belong to dozens of survey sites; but now I'm down to about a dozen. As I got older I didn't qualify for as many because I was out of the demographic group that they were looking for. Good luck and have a good day.

I don't know the tips for survey taking. Survey is a good job and pays well but only few people earn well from surveys. As for me, I can't depend on surveys because I rarely get survey invitations in my email and when I get one, they screen me out while answering questions. So I never complete answering it.

That sucks when you get screened out. But my friend might do good.
