Oh nooooooooooo! Red Lobster is thinking about filing for bankruptcy. Here's a brainy idea! Instead of always having specials for shrimp and crab, have more promotions for LOBSTER!
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Tuna salad sandwich, coleslaw, 3 bean salad, melon and pineapple
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich - Discovery...Great Value (Walmart) white bread is very dry.

@MommyOfEli2013 TR and RL are our favorites. Red Lobster has seafood though which TR doesn't.

It's unfortunate to hear about Red Lobster. Your idea of focusing more on lobster promotions could be a way for them to potentially revitalize their business.
As for my meals yesterday, I ate rice and noodles in the morning, hamburger for lunch, and vegetables for dinner.

I’m afraid that Red Lobster, like a lot of other chains, is pricing themselves out of business. It was expensive years ago. I can only imagine how much it costs to eat there now with the minimum wage hikes. 
I had chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato at Mark’s and rice-stuffed beef stew for dinner. And apples!

The Lobster Lover's Dream that my husband gets during Lobsterfest is over $30. The only reason we splurge there is because it's paid for by my taking surveys and participating in focus groups, etc.

I had frozen Salisbury steaks in gravy. Now for news about bread, I found that Great Value has delicious NY style rye bread. I put two pieces of Salisbury steak with some cheddar cheese that melted on the steak between two slices of bread and it was delicious,

I hadn't heard about that. It's sad. I've eaten there a few times.
Your meals sound good. I'm sorry Wal-Mart's bread is dry.
Yesterday, I had Bran Flakes with strawberries and a banana for breakfast. For snack I had an almond butter and sugar free raspberry jam sandwich on Keto bread. Lunch was the rest of the leftover tuna mac and cheese casserole and the rest of the banana bread.

I finished several leftovers yesterday. Today I thawed ground meat to make a hamburguer. It seems that it is enough for 2 so I´ll fix the 2 hamburguers and leave one for tonight.
