Not going to the little Tesco today.

I got up today intending to go to the little Tesco, and I told my Mum I was. But then I looked at my weather app and saw that it was supposed to be raining at the time I was supposed to be going to the little Tesco, so I changed my mind, and I told my Mum. So now she's going to go to the little Tesco instead, but I don't know when. She won't be going at the same time I would have gone anyway. She has got a birthday card and some competition entries to post too.
So instead of going to the little Tesco, I'm going to be staying at home and watching the telly, Mylotting and maybe doing some surveys.
Yesterday I did some more work to the drawing of the falcon that I started at art class, but I haven't taken a photo of it yet. I hope to do some more to it this afternoon too. I got some wet wipes from the big Tesco on Friday when we went, and I use them to wipe graphite off my hands, 'cos I get covered in it!

That is how most of my days turn out. Being retired and in my 70's I don't have much to do besides be online or watch TV. A few others but not much. I live it that way.

I'm glad I've got my painting that I do aswell. I should do more of that, but most of the time they need their dining room table for dinner, that's why I made room on my desk. I'd like to get up early to do some in the mornings to do some, but most of the time I don't feel like getting up in the morning!

@celticeagle Yes, they do. When I'm painting in the dining room I spread my equipment all over the dining room table! No room for anything else!

@LadyDuck We went out shopping and it was fine. My weather app said sunny all day. But then at about 7:00pm a big black cloud came over, it started thundering, and then it started coming down in buckets! My weather app never warned me of that!

I hope you got everything that you needed when you went grocery shopping.
I'm sorry it started raining again.
Today started with a really big black cloud overhead, but now it has gone away and the sun's come out.

@sharonelton Extremely heavy rain wrecked my plans for a long walk along the shore so we’re going to go out for coffee later. And our road is being dug up because the people opposite have a damaged sewer. Not pleasant.

Yesterday I played with the cat with a laser toy I bought them last year. I also finally finished my mother's diamond painting. I'm hoping to seal it tomorrow and hopefully frame it on Thursday.
