Here comes the rain.

Well, I knew we'd get rain today. It started early though. George is loving it. He's outside and seems happy to sit and watch it rain. He might be happier if he could watch lightning, but he's happy either way. It's been gorgours and dry so the rain is welcome. As long as he's happy I'm happy.

Glad George enjoys the rain. I had an interesting afternoon just before the first rumbles came. Freddie perked up his ears and with the first thunder went charging for the closet. Next came Tish who sort of bounced off the walls not knowing which way to run but wound up under the bed. They emerged when the sun finally came back out, Meanwhile I was hoping it was not going to get too bad so that it would upset the electric but it didn't.

As I type this, the weather is a bit cloudy but not raining. Rain sometimes makes the atmosphere more serene and romantic. With coffee and warm fried banana.
