I you are one of those who rely on taking caffeine early in the morning, earl grey tea may be a healthier alternative because it comes with lower caffeine and some other benefits worth looking at. It comes with substances that will boost energy and hydration without the usual side effects of caffeinated drinks

I don't drink tea most of the time. I have occasionally tasted green tea, black tea, and flower tea. This spring, I had a sore throat and underwent a laryngoscopy. The diagnosis was pharyngitis, and the doctor advised me not to drink coffee, milk tea, or strong tea.

I do not drink tea that anyway contains theine that is the caffeine contained in tea. We can say that both caffeine and theine are from a chemical point of view the same substance.

Sometimes I drink earl grey tea. I don't drink tea frequently but when I do it can be that or some other kind depending on the time I drink it or my mood.
