Good morning.

George is slowly making his way up. Last night kind of sucked for us. Well, he admitted to not sleeping much, but even I found myself awake for a while during last night's severe thunderstorm which spawned a tornado warning. George and I are fine, obviously. Otherwise I wouldn't be here posting this. But, it spooked Chilly. The storm we had the other night, rattled our house. George and I were awake for that. Chilly didn't flintch. But last night's, Chilly was stiff and kept wanting me to let him into the bedroom to hide. Now that it's over, he's purring as if nothing happened and wondering around the house looking for food. He'll get fed as soon as George gets up. That way he's out of the way when I give George breakfast. Also, last night, George's dressing for his peg tube came off, so at 2 in the morning I found myself replacing it.

Glad that you are safe and sound. Glad that Chilly is also okay now. I hope that George and you are able to catch up with some rest later.

I am glad you are safe. Cats are very sensitive to noises.

I was watching the weather coverage on Spectrum News out of Orlando because none of the four local stations were covering the tornado warning at 3 AM. I also had a couple of beach cams pulled up, watching the lightning. It was like daytime on the Flagler Beach cam, as much as it was lightning! Glad y’all are okay!

Yeah, I kept checking to make sure we didn't lose power. Our solar pannals didn't switch to storm alert mode. So we only had 40 percent backup if the power failed.

I am glad you are fine, those tornadoes are so scary. Poor Chilly, he was also scared.

Never a dull moment at your house. My cats hide in the closet when it is bad outside.

My cats slept as close to me as they could with the thunder and I had a hard time sleeping because I was worried about electricity issues, I hope you had a good day after all and look now the sun is shining. I have to get to the store tomorrow morning so I am hoping the weather is right that it shows sun for tomorrow, I mean they showed sun for today too and my afternoon was as dark as coming to late evening, I hope that sun will be out there for George to enjoy in the morning,

Whatever system we had appears to have cleared out. Between last night and this afternoon, we got a lot of much-needed rain.
