And so was a spinach and leeks cream I made to heat our tummies.
Now I am resting in my bed. Forrest Gump just started. I have watched that movie several times but I never grow tired of it.
I decided not to wash the sheets I took from my bed brcause it was too cold. But I remembered I had some winter sheets for my bed and here I am, wrapped in a warm entourage.
Anita found the darning needle I had lost so after my nap I´ll darn my 20 years old alpaca night socks.
I have my 2 heaters on and once in a while I turn on the bed heater when I´m in bed. It is COLD. See you.

I turned on the TV at nap time and Forrest Gump was just starting. I hadn´t watched it in a long time. I loved it again. I have enough spinach cream and risotto to eat today although I told Anita to take with her half of the risotto left.

I know Forest Gump was on one of the streaming channels. I'll need to see which one and watch it again.

I gave half of the leftover risotto for Anita to take to her house. She lives with 2 sons so it will not be lost.

You have to be warm, or you can't even get to the kitchen to eat, or move about the house. It is just not fun to try to sleep when you are too cold. I'm sorry it's expensive, I know this last winter was my most expensive as far as heat bills in years and years.

If my legs weren´t so messy, I´d make risotto more often. I love it but it hurts to be in front of the stove for a long time to turn the rice.
