This picture was taken last month. Now it's cold and windy. There are so many flowers outside. And on my balcony, the flowers started to blossom. I have a Hibiscus and several other flowers. I need to remember to water them. I am the only person who waters them. My mom works a lot and she doesn't have time. Purple is my favorite color. The scent of lilac is amazing too. Nature is so beautiful and amazing. Do you prefer white or purple lilac?

They definitely beautify the place. It is nice to have them without a doubt.

I'm glad the plants on your balcony have someone to rely on. I'd probably let them die if their livelihood depended on me. I don't know if white and purple lilacs smell different, if I were to 'judge by the looks' I prefer purple too. It's my favorite color as well, if black wasn't a color. Otherwise it's black.

@dya80dya If I'm not reminded, they'll go dry. If I'm reminded, they have higher chances of survival but I might give them too much water. I don't have a green thumb and I don't want one.

Why would you let them die? Sometimes I forget to water them. My mom keeps reminding me that I should water them.

Your balcony garden sounds absolutely lovely, Diana! It must be such a joy to watch those flowers bloom, especially with the vibrant colors like purple from the Hibiscus and lilac. I'm glad you're taking care of them so well, despite your busy schedule. As for lilac, both white and purple varieties have their own charm, but there's something captivating about the rich hue of purple, don't you think? It's wonderful to find beauty in nature's little moments like these.

Yes, I think the same. I will share a picture with all the flowers on my balcony. It is like a small garden. Purple is a captivating color indeed. The Hibiscus I have is red. I will share more pictures with it.

@dya80dya A burst of colorful flowers can really brighten up any space, and purple is such a vibrant and captivating hue. I bet the red hibiscus adds a beautiful contrast to the mix! Can't wait to see more pictures of your lovely garden.

Now I only see lilac in the pictures because it is withered. It will blossom again next year.

I haven't seen lilac in real life. I mostly saw then in malls but they are all artificially made. Most of the flowers here in our country have withered due to the high heat index.

I prefer purple lilac too! It's such a beautiful color but white has its own charm too.
