New Neighbors

Happy Friday Everyone! it's sort of sunny here this morning but the sun keeps hiding behind the clouds. It's not going to be as warm as yesterday so I'm happy with that. No need for the a/c today (hopefully).
My neighbors diagonally across the street from me are moving. It's weird because that house has sold at least 4 or 5 times since I've been living here. Most of us at my end of the street have been here from day one.
I've thought about moving and I know my house would sell quickly but just the thought of packing and moving is just too much trouble. Besides I really like it here.
I have chicken breasts defrosting and tonight I'm going to do a simple stir fry with rice. Easy Peasy.
Tomorrow I'll be out early as my daughter has to go for blood work and then we're going to do a pick-up at Sams Club and maybe go to Target. Everything is right in the same area so we won't be traipsing all over town.
Nothing much planned for today.

Nothing much planned for the weekend. It's vacation time and each day is like a weekend with no rush. I start my therapy sessions from Monday. So, I will just get things prepared around that during the weekend. And mylotting and relaxation is always on the cards

I keep forgetting that your on vacation whereas our school year isn't over until June. I'm all for relaxing and myLotting.

@Marilynda1225 Thank you. Our new academic year will begin from June. So, the vacation is heading towards the end. I will be active here as much as I can in the vacation time

Both an estate sale and a plant sale sounds like fun. I haven't even thought about plants yet. I like to put some in pots on my deck.

Yes, moving is such a horrible thing to even think about. I dream of it happening but doing it is a nightmare. Sounds like a nice day out shopping with your daughter tomorrow.

I think about moving to a one story house but that's not happening anytime soon.

It rained all night, and so I will not work out doors.I was up early, ate breakfast, and then went back to bed. There must be something wrong with the house for so many people to move away.

I had no real plans for this weekend, but when I got up this morning I saw that the semi-annual parade of homes is taking place this weekend in my city. I love going to see all the new houses listed in the parade and checking out design trends and decorating trends. Like you, I love living where I am and have no plans to move anytime soon. I live in a great location and have amazing neighbors. But I do like to see what's out there in the real estate world, even if it's just to marvel or groan at new trends!
