I mentioned a couple of days ago that Walmart was coming out with a new line of foods called "Bettergoods". This will be in addition to their Great Value line. Bettergoods items range in price from under $2 to under $15 with most products under $5. There will eventually be 300 products available including beverages, snacks, soups and coffee. There will be 3 categories:
* Culinary Experiences - Innovative recipes, elevated ingredients and food-trend forward items including seasonings and specialty salts.
* Plant Based
* Made Without - Gluten free or made without artificial flavors, colorings or added sugar.
Right now the only products available online are some specialty butters, including a Honey Butter.
An orangutan in Sumatra was observed using medicinal plants to treat its own wounds. This is amazing!!!
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatball sub, potato wedges, mixed veggies, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Triple chocolate muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

It sounds like Wal-Mart is getting on the bandwagon for good nutrition.
I heard about the orangutan who healed himself with a medicinal plant. It is amazing.
Your food looks good.
Yesterday I had Fiber One, banana bread, and an orange for breakfast. Supper was a hurried sandwich before Prayer last night, and a fuller supper after - Almond butter and sugar free raspberry jam on Keto bread. Gluten Free pasta with tuna and shredded cheese. I expect the scale will be kind. It has been all week.

@LindaOHio Well, go for it! I choose white rice on the side. The health nuts can have their brown rice.

Honey butter sounds really good. I like any kind of flavored butter. I saw news about that Orangutan. I thought it was amazing.

Sonny’s for lunch (pulled chicken), and yahoo!!! Chicken taco salad at Chuy’s for dinner!!!!!!!! And apples, of course!!!!
