Thuresday laundry is going. The VA called about tomorrow's apoitment. Since they'd seen George last month, we didn't think we needed to come in again. I know George is eager to get his peg tube out, but not that eager. Especially if we're being drug into the office and can't see a doctor face-to-face. So... yeah the person whocalled me we didn't need to be seen again. So, there's that.It was a mix up in their computer apparently. Oh well, could be worse I guess.

I completely agree. We would've had to be there right now, as I'm here typing this.... and I'm not sure if George's actually out of bed. Or if he is, just barely.

@just4him I hope not, too. I got a call from them today, because this morning's appoitment was canceled. Funny enough, this call came two hours after we shou'd've been there this morning.

Funny enough, not long after I got off the phone, I got another reminder text about tomorrow's appoitment. I typed in the code to cancel. There's no way in hell, I'm getting up early, going to a place I've never been with my husband, if I don't have to.

I'm glad that you don't have to go, but the VA should be responsible enough not to get all those appointments get mixed in the process.
Few mistakes happen, but mistakes that involved misinformation is something to be dealt with seriously. It may just be a misinformation about an appointment but other individuals should have been appointed at that specific time for a reason.

They also are in the middle of moving everything over from one facility to another. Getting their phones and extenions going, too. I still need to call about George getting refills on his peg tube supplies, at least until I can get him in to see about getting his peg tube out.
