I just finished book #15 for the Amazon Good Reads challenge. This book was a sequel I hadn't known existed to a book I read as an elementary schooler--several times. I really enjoyed the first book. When I was a kid and read a book I really enjoyed, I was sad to finish it. I felt a little bit of sadness when I finished this one. I'm an adult now, and this book was a little different, so for those reasons it may not have been quite as enjoyable as the first, but it was like seeing "old friends" again. Now on to book #16...

Which reminds me that I have a book that needs finishing! I usually read right through them, but this one is not that good. I keep hoping that it gets better. Ha!

@xstitcher It's dissappointing, but then you have invested in time to read 1/4 or 1/2 and I always manage to talk myself into finishing the book most of the time.

When I reread a book, it is exactly like visiting old friends. (Don't want to discourage you, but I've read 73 books so far this year.)

Wow! You are quite a reader. You just reminded me of the book that I need to read and provide a review. Have fun reading Book No. 16!
