Got the garage door openers taken care of yesterday. It was a loose wire!
A concrete/handrail guy was supposed to call me last night; but of course he didn't call. Will try again today.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roll, peaches
Dessert/Snack - Triple chocolate muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

I'm glad you got the garage door openers fixed. It's mindboggling how no one wants to work and don't even have the decency to call. Hope you hear from the handrail guy today.

I'm glad the garage door opener got fixed yesterday. I hope the guy calls today for the handrail.
Lunch looks good. I know you like cabbage.
Yesterday, I had Bran Flakes and Blackberries for breakfast, no banana. Lunch was at the ADRC - a garden salad. Supper was baked haddock, Greek salad, and steakhouse potato salad that I picked up at the deli counter. It was delicious and the calories for the day were less than usual.
