Laszy Day Supper

Since Tom will be late for dinner..the season is finally started...I made something for supper that he could warm up later. Fried Rice w Sausage. I chopped up onion and the sausage links..fried them in 1tblsp of butter, added Rice a Roni..browned the rice..added 2 cups of boiling water, seasoning pack, and some frozen peas and carrots. So easy to do and tastes good too. Been a lazy lazy day. No Appts...no dishes from last night..Just fun all day long playing games and talking to friends. It rained all day, so didn't want to go anywhere. Glad I got my Lottery yesterday! Hope eveyone is having a wonderful Weekend.
