Could i apply my google adsense account again with my old google account?

hello all members,i have owned a blog websit in blogger.com online. and one month ago,I applied the google adsense account with google.but it is denied my application finally.but now, one month past,i want to use my old google account to apply the google adsense again,so it is possible? if not, do i have to use another account or another websit to apply the google adsense? please advise. Thanks a lot.
