You mean cold blooded animals? It means exactly what it seems animals with cold blood... Cold-blooded animals (ectotherms) are animals that do not have an internal mechanism for regulating body temperature, relying instead on solar energy captured by the environment. It means their body temperature changes as per the surrounding. For humans (warm blooded) it should be within 95-105 F.
