How often do you eat something sweet?

I love eating sweets. I like ice cream, chocolate, cakes. I eat sweets daily. Do you think it's too much? I love sweets and I think I am addicted to them. Do you love sweets?
I feel the need to eat sweets because this makes me happy. I am in a good mood after eating them.

That happens a lot, I wish I could eat more fruits, I know how bad is all these processed sweets out there...
