Do you use coupons when you shop?

Every year I say that I'm going to start clipping coupons so that I can save money on my purchases. I have not done so yet but I will be purchasing Sunday's newspaper to find some coupons. I know there are people who save thousands a year by clipping coupons.
Is there anyone on here that shops using coupons and if so about how much do you save monthly when you use coupons?

Most stores on island have weekly sales like CVS has. When I see coupons I can use I get them and use them. I've coupons from points accumulated too. I've gotten loyalty cards that accumulate and you can use it for a purchase from Hele gas station Nomnom shop. CVS has Extra Care Card you get deals & coupons. Safeway has a card and they give special prices with card. Walgreens too has their card great coupons & prices too.

If you check sites of grocer, they should have something about joining and getting a card usually free. Good bargains with card. Just got to bring card and show cashier. But it's up to you.

Yes, there is a lot of overpriced stuff out there that you nonetheless need.

I can use coupons when shopping online but I haven't done that shopping in actual stores. I am not sure where to get coupons to use in stores.
