Unprofessional behaving people in the offices

Hello My Lot Fellows, I have some colleagues having unprofessional behaviors. But they never accept it even if we have a number of people to prove. Might be its a normal thing for them but sometimes it hurts others too much that I resigned for my job back in 2021. Now question is if you have this type of people in your office and have to interact with them daily so what will be your way of dealing.????

There are always people like that. I ignored them.

It's not easy to ignore them if they're always in your face!

Well, I've been in that situation, and my approach was pretty straightforward. I documented their unprofessional behavior, gave them a reality check with my evidence, and if that didn't work, I'd take it up with HR. If all else failed, I'd keep my distance, focus on my professionalism, and let karma handle the rest. Because you can't fix everyone, but you can certainly protect your own sanity and integrity.

I would bark at them like a dog. And grit my teeth.

Just stay away from them and act like nothing going on

My word! I don't know exactly what your work colleagues were doing, but I'm glad you got out of there! I was on a YTS once in Burton-upon-trent called R.A.James. There was this guy there, we called him Piggy, he was leary and horrible! I'm glad I got out of there! I think that factory is closed down now!
