This week flew by on wings. It's Friday and I'm scratching my head about where the week went. Last Friday my weight was 206.4. So, I'll start there. Friday, December 1 - Weight - 206.4. Exercise: Bike 38 minutes - 432 calories burned. Walking - 41 minutes - 120 calories burned. Total calories burned 552. Calorie Budget: 2257. Calories consumed: 1170. Steps: 8058. Saturday, December 2 - Weight - 206.9. Exercise: Walking - 69 minutes. Calories burned: 202. Calorie budget: 1907. Calories consumed: 1235. Steps: 7438. Sunday, December 3 - Weight - 206.1. exercise: Walking: 93 minutes. Total calories burned: 272. Calorie budget: 1977. Calories consumed: 1318. Steps: 8861. Monday, December 4 - Weight - 205.8. Exercise: Bike: 37 minutes. Calories burned: 420. Walking: 45 minutes. Calories burned: 131. Total calories burned: 551. Calorie budget: 2256. Calories consumed: 1614. Steps: 7385. Tuesday, December 5 - Weight - 204.9. Exercise: Walking: 80 minutes. Total calories burned: 234. Calorie budget: 1939. Calories consumed*: 1395. Steps: 6970. *Writer's Guild at a restaurant. Calories are approximate. Wednesday, December 6 - Weight - 206.5. Exercise: Walking: 68 Minutes. No bike. I had a chiropractor appointment. Total calories burned: 199. Calorie budget: 1904. Calories consumed: 1166. Steps: 7353. Thursday, December 7 - Weight - 206. Exercise: Walking: 68 minutes. Total calories burned: 199. Calorie Budget: 1904. Calories consumed: 1212. Steps: 7406. Friday, December 8 - Weight - 205.2. As you can see, I only have 3 ounces to go to be where I was on Tuesday before the Writer's Guild meeting. I think I did well this past week. I'm hoping to lose a couple of pounds next week to be on track for Christmas. Only five pounds to go. How are you doing with your weight? Thanks for reading the image belongs to me. The updated door.

Well done, I hope you make you goal. I am at a holding pattern right now not losing not gaining but after Christmas I am planning to try to eat a little healthier.

That is my goal too. I need to eat healthier. It is just that candy is more fun to eat than vegetables.

Thank you. I've been in a holding pattern and couldn't get out of it until I changed my diet. Since June, I've lost 16 pounds. I'm hoping to add another five by Christmas. I hope you can start losing again after Christmas.

@LadyDuck That's the plan. I don't know about the goodies though. I know I want a piece of fudge though. It's not Christmas without fudge, goodies wise.

Thank you. I'm hoping to be down again this coming week. It seems like every other week I lose two pounds. I know it's getting close to Christmas and there's always the opportunity to eat the goodies. So far, I'm declining the goodies.

I think you did well. And it is still is a loss for the week! Good luck on those 5 pounds before Christmas. I am still maintaining, but hope in January I can lose a good amount

@just4him No problem! I was thinking of just having a month of Keto chow shakes in January, but not sure I have enough of the mix to do that (some of what I have might be too old). But the shakes have all the nutrients I need if I have 3 shakes a day.

Congrats on losing weight. It is so hard. I once weighed 210 pounds. The doctor said I had diabetes and asked whether I wanted insulin or if I would lose weight. I lost 60 pounds. I keep telling God and the universe that I weighed 150 pounds and then 140. I think that helped, at least in my imagination, it did. Now it is creeping back up because my leg hurts to walk and they won't give me anything for the pain. I guess I have to go outside and hop or something.

Congratulations on starting to lose. It is hard. I once weighed 210. The doctor uttered those words, "Diabetes, do you want insulin, or will you lose weight?" I lost 60 pounds.

I'm glad you lost it. I'm prediabetic. The doctor told me I needed to lose weight. I need to get under 200 and I won't be prediabetic anymore.
