Average height of humans is reducing

Did you know that the average height of humans are gradually reducing over the years. A careful observation shows that now adults are shorter and have smaller body mass compared to adults thirty to forty years ago

I imagine it is. And no wonder with all the stress these days. And all the poison in food and water and drinks.

This is a little surprising to hear that. As I think today people have more food and enough nutrition, and therefore their height is higher than before.
