Jay Went to Visit Kevin Today

Our friend Kevin lives about 16 miles from Tawas City, in Oscoda. He has been one of Jay's associates for about 35 years. I really like Kevin, he's a great person:)
As a matter of fact, Kevin lived with Jay for about six months to a year. That was a couple years before I met Jay, in the Pentecostal Church. He had moved to a house in East Tawas.
Anyway, Kevin is going through some in-depth testing on his lungs. He was a heavy smoker for many years, but then he quit smoking. Regardless of this fact, some damage was already done to his lungs.
We are praying that Kevin doesn't have lung cancer, which would be the very worst diagnosis possible. There are various other illnesses that could have developed, also. Kevin does need your prayers, thank you:)

My son Chad quit smoking, but his wife still smokes(I think she still does.)

I hope the best for him, I still smoke, I know so bad. I will just take my fate when the time comes. I need something to deal with this bs world that seems to care nothing about life. Many have family I totally get its different for everyone where I am single where other people literally living for other people.

It really sucks when what we have done most
our lives effects our body the way it does & by
the time we find out about it it's damn near too late.
I hope he gets better soon & it's not too late.

I am glad Jay and Kevin got to spend time together. And that he was able to quit smoking. I hope he will be okay.
