Calories burned: 193. Total calories burned: 1046. Calorie budget: 2751. Calories consumed: 1163. Steps: 11,745. Saturday, April 20 - Weight - 202.2. Exercise: Foot cycle - 75 minutes. Calories burned: 1066. Walking - 46 minutes. Calories burned: 218. Total calories burned: 1284. Calorie budget: 2989. Calories consumed: 1446. Steps: 11,303. Sunday, April 21 - Weight - 202.6. Exercise: Foot cycle - 72 minutes. Calories burned: 1024. Walking - 46 minutes. Calories burned: 218. Total calories burned: 1242. Calories consumed: 1895. Steps: 11,038. Monday, April 22 - Weight - 200.4. Exercise: Walking - 66 minutes. Calories burned: 209. Foot cycle - 50 minutes. Calories burned: 711. Total calories burned: 920. Calorie budget: 2625. I stay just about the same now. Losing the weight was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I hope you can reach your goal, Valerie.

Thank you. I will now that I'm using Excel instead of the food app. It's the best thing I've done for myself too. I'm glad you lost the weight you needed to lose.

@just4him Took me a long time to realize I just had to buckle down and actually do it. But yay, it's done. I would like to lose maybe 8-10 more pounds, but the doc said I was good so I don't stress over it all now. Thank you.

@just4him I think sugar and carbs are hard for just about everybody. Even "healthy" things can be amazingly..Carby. Salt and sugar in many things.

Well looks like you are 2 pounds down from last Friday though, so that is great. Hopefully you can get under next week. I want to lose weight, as you know...but I also have something else I want to do that may take priority to that.
