Made a 37 minute walk this morning. I've started using a time calculator online to see how long I've walked. I put in the time I left (which I still write down) and the time I came back (which....) it tells me how many minutes I've been gone. It's easier than trying to figure it out myself, and I'm not sure lots of times if I'm exactly right. It's 10:12 right now, and after I post this I will water the plants. (Someone knocked on the door, and I went to get something from them...that's for another post). Right now I'll go take a photo of the thing that was brought to me, and then I'll post about that. Need to clean off the top of the thing that was brought to me, too--and after those things I will go and water the plants. Hope your morning/afternoon/evening/etc. is going great in your part of myLot land!

It's going pretty quickly. I know I need to run the dish washer, but I have to do it in-between tube feeds. So, that's a thing. I'm hoping I can convince George to do it within the next half hour.

Well done on the walk! I'm more focused on studying than going places right now, but last night I was inspired to do some weighted arm exercises and today my arms have been aching, yay.

I walk two half hour walks every day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
