Today I had kabuli chana and chapatis

Today I had kabuli chana and chapatis. Kabuli chana is one type of gram a bigger than the common one. They are boiled and cooked with potatoes and onions. In north india along with chapatis sometime they are eaten with batore. The dish called chole bature is very popular in North India.

Would love to try some of those. We have some Indian Restaurants here, but everything they served still seem like Filipino cuisine. They must have mixed both Indian and Filipino cuisine.
