I need energy what to do?

I am feeling so tired lately and I just don't have the energy I need. I have been sleeping at night so don't think that is it. I am excercising 3 times a week so I am getting that in. I just feel so very tired all the time. Any ideas on how to pep me up or get out of this feeling?

i bet one big glass of hot milk and two bananas can do wonders in such a condition to boost you back to action. add a table spoon of sugar and honey to the milk.

well here is the answer for your problem.an exercise doesnt only help you to maintain stamina but also you need to have a proper food.well in my point of view if you have one glass of lemon water mixed in a tea spoon of honey.you need to have this on an empty stomach and that too in the morning time when you are done with your exercises.repeat this for around 10 to 15 days and you will fine a certain change.hope you got my point.

have you tried asking the pharmacist? i bought 2 bottles of vitamins there.. 1 is vitamin. .another is something like ascorbic acid.. and it helps to enchance absorbtion food for 8 hours.. it helps to produce more energy.. less stress.. and also it keeps you alert.. i think it's good you give it a try.. but i do believe there's alway a side effect in such medicine.... to take the risk or not .. it's up to you.. if you think you can use your energy well.. then it's fine for you to risk it.. if you're using your energy doing useless thingy.. then .. better don't risk it.. try sleeping early too.. it helps:)
