What made the aussies invincible this cricket world cup? Is it the quality of their players? Is it their confidence or the lack of confidence in facing them by the others? Did they have luck on their side?

Hello, ajaleelp.Australia had been invicible in the past 29 hames in the world cup, the last lost was in 1997 already. Firstly,I think the aussies are pretty condfident about this world cup,Glenn McGrath had todl the media Australia would back on the winnning track after lossing three in a row in the commonwealth series at February, he said australia will win every games. And as I could see on the televsion, they were very laid back every games, they did not have much pressure even of the high expectations. In this tournament, the aussies did not have any real chanllenge at all, they won every games with big margins which was convincing. Of course, they have luck, but luck is important in every kind of sports, but you can see how the aussies do their jobs in each games,it was matthew hayden at the beginnnig and then adam gilchirst in the final, nathan bracken and glenn mcgrath had been excellent as well, may be it was this stability that helped the aussies to win every game.
