What is better camera in cell phones::VGA or Digital

You know how some cell phones have VGA ameras and others have Digital Cameras built in to them? Well, which kind is better? Digital or VGA?

Digital is easily the best.It contains more pixels than vga which gets you sharper pictures and enable you to get bigger enlargements.
