What's your favorite tea and are there any health benefits to drinking it? I personnally am a huge tea drinker, a couple cups a day usually. I always either sweeten with honey or nothing at all. I really like the vanila tea. But I drink mostly the green tea.

Having lived in Paraguay, South America, I have acquired a liking for Yerba Mate, the national drink of that region of the world, as it is in Argentina, and much of Brasil too. It is also health, and invigorating. The drink has a history, tradition, and a mythology. I am attracted to it not only for the soothing taste, but for the appreciation of the culture behind it.

Bigelow green tea. Stash is good also. The more natural it is the better. With a teaspoon of honey. Steaped for about 6 minutes is best I think. Very nice.
