Will you employ a maid when you have a child?

Increasingly in our country, families are reliant on maids. Which makes me think that if the maids all leave one day, families will stop functioning. Esp housework and care of kids. But most families with kid(s) say that it is necessary to hire a maid, mostly so both parents can continue working. Even if one parent is not working, they would rather pay than do the chores that a maid can do. What are your considerations of the pros and cons?

I wish I could hire a maid. It takes my income to pay the regular bills. I don't have children, but if I did, I guess I would just have a messy house. I think I would enjoy taking care of children a lot more than keeping a nice, clean house.

you're right. totally agree that keeping a nice clean house is secondary to children!

Ok, Haha. I am self employed. I have my own cleaning service, as well as other services that I provide. My daughter and 3 grandkids live with me. I need a maid!, because when I come home from working " The last thing I want to do, is clean up after them for free lol. If you do lead a busy life. Yes you need to have some help.

My view is if yoy ar having kids, better your wife to take care. parental love is more important at the earlirdays. Since house wife will get bored, she need not have maid, so that she can also physically do some work and be healthy while taking care of their kids
