My lizard is soo moody at the moment, hes always looking at me as if he wants to kill me, but when i pick him up hes fine with me, hes 9 months old going on 19 and a moody 19 at that! Is there any way in which i can make him stop being so bleeding moody!

Ha, nice. Mine gives me some pretty funny looks at times too and runs away from me all over the cage. He hates being picked up, but, like yours, once he's in my hand, he seems to be okay. The best thing to do is spend more time with him. Certain kinds of lizards can recognize its owner's voice and face and will no longer run once it is really used to you. I have a chinese water dragon, which looks much like a smarter looking iguana. They can run on their hind legs and swim like fish. Iguanas are a type of lizard that can recognize voices and faces specifically.

I think you may just be misinterpreting. For example, my Husband, if he's just sitting and thinking with no real expression on his face, he looks angry - when he's not. It may just be your lizard's natural face. Since he doesn't run away, or bite you when you try to pick him up. I'd say that's probably the case. That, or maybe he's plotting how to do away with you. lol ~Ginger~
