Yes it is for international members :) they only accept: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA

Could you provide some details as to what the site is about? What exactly is involved? Do you have to have a ton of referrals just to make anything? Give me some more info and I'll definitely look into being one of your referrals.
