You lose weight by dieting alone or is there anything more to it?

My Close friend and I are dieting but no good results. Does excercise help in faster weight loss. Is it possible to loss weight faster with good diet along?

Aerobic exercise helps speed your metabolism, so you burn stored fat and calories faster. And, unlike diets, where you only lose muscle, and end up looking flabby, exercise tones muscles for beach body shape. Try walking or stationary cycling if you can't afford to join a gym. Several years back, I joined a local Curves gym, just for women and dropped almost 50 pounds. Maybe that would work for you, too! Best of luck with your diet and exercise program.
