do you think PTR sites really pays?

what do you think paid to Read sites(PTR) are really paying sites i think they are only scams what do you think about this? is there any genuine PTR site which really pays?

I am not sure about a lot of sites but once upon a time :) round about 4 years ago there was a site named as moneywiththemail.com i was the member of that site and i earned and then received the money from them i don't know about now but then that site was closed somehow but i don't know now a days that it is working or not but after registering in that site i do get emails to read and also got paid . That was my experience but don't know about yours or anyother member around here.
