Do anyone in your family bites?

I have a curiosity that do you have any kids at home that bite(at home or even outside), and how to resolve this problem. I have a nephew who is a biter,he always bites and spit on anyone faces(at home and even in public).He bites my son and daughter all the time as we stay together due to some reason,this really bother me as i am a working mom and get to see my kids after my work and what i found out when reaching home is that he bites again(he also pinch them on their faces and that make their faces look bad,i am afraid they will get the scar). Please do let me know if anyone out there have the same problem like mine and if you have a solution then that will me most helpful to me.
