What happens when your kid grows up?... i mean... i play and I only die or something and the game is over... what's up with that... I spend time Cropping, caring for livestock and hens and animals and people and i DIE???? WOW!... Right???

When the kid grows up he becomes a part of the profession which most appealed to him as a child then teenager, so supporting his hobbies/interests or creating new ones into him is the crucial point which declares what he's going to become, so if u want ur kid to become a farmer and help u on the farm then u better try gettin him interested in that area
You might be doing things wrongly and gettin urself killed? Like overworking ur sim, perhaps?

I haven't ever played it although I do remember seeing it. I think they're was a version on either the spectrum or mega drive system. (can't remember which it was)
But it didn't really appeal to me.
